Chicken and Avocado Wrap
- Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 100g grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- 1/2 ripe avocado (mashed)
- A handful of spinach or lettuce
- 1 tablespoon of hummus or Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Spread hummus or Greek yogurt on the tortilla.
- Add grilled chicken slices, mashed avocado, spinach, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the tortilla into a wrap, cut in half, and it’s ready to go!
