Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly.
