Spicy Chicken Tacos

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soft tortillas
  • Toppings: diced avocado, shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, cilantro
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Fill the tortillas with the spicy chicken and top with avocado, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
  5. Serve with a wedge of lime for added flavor.
