Turkey and Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 6 oz turkey breast, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread.
- Layer the turkey, avocado, tomato, and lettuce between the slices of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Close the sandwich, slice in half, and serve with a side salad or chips.
