Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
