Vegetable Stir Fry

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
