Caprese Salad with Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate, alternating between them.
- Place fresh basil leaves between the slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve as a fresh, light lunch.
