Chicken and Avocado Wrap

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 100g grilled chicken breast (sliced)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado (mashed)
  • A handful of spinach or lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of hummus or Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
  • Spread hummus or Greek yogurt on the tortilla.
  • Add grilled chicken slices, mashed avocado, spinach, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the tortilla into a wrap, cut in half, and it’s ready to go!
