Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
