Grilled Shrimp Tacos

(Easy shrimp taco recipe)

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the shrimp on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Warm the tortillas and assemble the tacos by adding shrimp, avocado slices, cabbage, and cilantro.
