Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. If you want a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and add it to the sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables.
