Turkey and Avocado Sandwich

  • 4 slices whole-grain bread
  • 6 oz turkey breast, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread.
  2. Layer the turkey, avocado, tomato, and lettuce between the slices of bread.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Close the sandwich, slice in half, and serve with a side salad or chips.
